How it works

Three phases. One outcome.

  1. 01

    Discovery sprint

    Before any code, one question: what does success look like to you? We answer it precisely — architecture, integrations, data flows, definition of done. Every technical decision that follows serves that answer. You leave with a project specification and roadmap.

    Separate engagement $2,500 — applied as credit toward your build.
  2. 02

    Build

    Thirty days of focused engineering in your repo, your stack — Python, Go, TypeScript, whatever the problem demands. Your engineers pair with me, not around me; they leave with a working mental model of the system, not just a deliverable. Async updates throughout: progress is visible, blockers surface immediately.

  3. 03

    Ship

    Deployed, tested, documented, and handed off. Two weeks of post-launch support is included. You review the delivered work at your own pace before the final payment is due.

    You only pay the second half if you're satisfied with what ships.

    Sometimes the answer isn't AI at all, or it's AI in a narrow slice of the system. Systems thinking and right-tool judgment matter more than reaching for AI on every problem. I'll tell you when it isn't the answer.
