Fixed-price AI builds, scoped in advance. Most ship in 30 to 60 days, depending on what Discovery surfaces. You know what you're paying before any code ships, and you only pay the second half if what ships meets the scope.

Discovery Sprint

$2,500

Two weeks. One question before any code: what does success look like? Architecture, integrations, data flows, definition of done. Applied as credit toward your build. If we don't engage, the roadmap is yours regardless.

Build

$10K – $40K

Fixed price, quoted after Discovery. 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. You only pay the second half if you're satisfied with what ships.

    Take a working demo and harden it — security review, prompt-injection defense, latency tuning, cost guardrails.

  • Engineer-led training

    I pair with your team while building so they own it after I leave. No black boxes.

  • Restraint

    Sometimes the answer isn't AI at all, or it's AI in a narrow slice of the system. Systems thinking and right-tool judgment matter more than reaching for AI on every problem. I'll tell you when it isn't the answer.

  • AI governance & policy

    Acceptable-use policies, data handling rules, vendor and model selection criteria, review gates. The framework that lets your team ship AI without legal, security, or leadership asking the same questions twice.

  • Post-ship support (optional)

    Some systems need ongoing eyes after launch — monitoring, eval drift, edge cases, iteration. Available as a scoped add-on for any build. Outcome-shaped, not hours-for-money.
